Danielle has been in the multi-family industry for over twenty four years.  She began her career in property management as a leasing consultant and rapidly climbed the ladder to manage and senior manage multiple sites. During this period she has been actively involved in many facets of the multi-family industry from on-site management, marketing, mentoring & training.  She served as a transition coordinator and also served on safety committee for a reputable company in the multi-family industry.  She brings extensive knowledge including the ability to analyze, evaluate, and supervise, financial performance, liability management, capital improvements, business management, and personnel.  She is proficient in preparation of annual capital and operational budgets and business plans, due diligence for new acquisitions, and training employees in business practices for immediate operations.
